I don’t mean to nit-pick (actually, I guess I do) but I’ve always understood “whisky” to refer to beverages that would be labeled as Scotch, and “whiskey” as all the other similar distilled spits that originate elsewhere. Bushmills, Jameson, Connemara, all include that extra “e”, while all the good stuff like Laphroaig and Caol Ila does not. So your “Whisky” list does not include any whisky at all, but rather it’s a “whiskey” list.
Looks amazing. I must commend the depth and the breadth of your whiskey collection. Possibly the best selection of whiskeys available to taste in town.
